Airix LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Pushy — available as a web app at pushy.pl and as mobile apps (available on Google Play, with Apple App Store coming soon) — collectively the "Service." This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service and informs you of your rights regarding your personal data.
By using Pushy — on the web or on mobile — you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you sign in to Pushy using Sign in with Google (available on web and mobile) or Sign in with Apple (available on mobile, where offered), we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address (or a private relay email address, if you use Apple's Hide My Email feature)
- A unique user identifier from the authentication provider
1.2 Information Generated Through Your Use of the Service
As you use Pushy — whether on the web app or the mobile app — we collect and store:
- Workout data, including push-up counts, workout history, session timestamps, and performance metrics
- App preferences and account settings (synced across devices)
- Subscription and purchase status (we do not store your full payment card information; see Section 4)
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, certain information is collected automatically by us and our service providers:
- Device type, operating system, and OS version
- App/website version and language settings
- Approximate location (derived from IP address, not GPS)
- Anonymous device identifiers used for paywall and subscription analytics in the mobile app
- Anonymized, aggregated page-view analytics on the pushy.pl web app (Vercel Analytics — no cross-site tracking cookies)
- Crash and performance data, where applicable
Camera and form analysis: Your device's camera is used exclusively on-device, in real time, to detect body position and count repetitions while you exercise. Camera video is never recorded, transmitted to, or stored on our servers — all video analysis (pose detection) happens entirely on your device. Only the resulting numeric data (e.g., rep counts, set duration) is ever sent to our servers — never raw video or camera images.
We do not access your Apple Health, Google Fit, Apple Watch, background motion sensors, microphone, contacts, or precise location.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account, on the web app and in the mobile apps
- Save and sync your push-up counts and workout history across sessions and devices
- Provide and maintain core Service functionality
- Process and manage subscriptions (Stripe on the web app; Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase on mobile)
- Display relevant paywalls and offers
- Communicate with you about your account, support requests, or material changes to our services
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Contract: Processing necessary to provide the Service to you (e.g., saving your workout history).
- Legitimate interests: Improving the Service, securing our systems, and preventing fraud.
- Consent: Where required (e.g., for certain analytics); you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: Where we must process data to comply with applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate Pushy. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
4.1 Supabase
We use Supabase for backend infrastructure, including authentication, database storage, and account management, shared across the web app and mobile apps. Your account information and workout data are stored on Supabase's servers. Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy
4.2 Stripe (web payments)
Subscription payments made on the pushy.pl web app are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details directly — we do not store your full card number. We receive only payment status and subscription identifiers. Privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
4.3 RevenueCat (mobile payments)
In the mobile app, we use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase and to validate purchases. 4.4 Sign in with Apple
When you sign in using Apple (on mobile, where this option is available), Apple shares your name and email (or a private relay email) with us. Privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
4.5 Sign in with Google
When you sign in using Google, Google shares your name, email, and profile identifier with us. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4.6 Google Play and Apple App Store
Subscriptions purchased in the mobile app are processed directly by Google (Google Play Billing) or Apple (In-App Purchase), via RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only the subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to grant access to paid features.
4.7 Vercel Analytics
On the pushy.pl web app, we use Vercel Analytics, an analytics tool that does not use tracking cookies or cross-site identifiers. It collects only anonymized, aggregated page-view statistics to help us understand reliability and usage. Privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as follows:
- With our subprocessors listed in Section 4, solely to operate the Service.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Airix LLC, our users, or others.
- In the event of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your data is transferred.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (which you can do in Settings on the web app or the mobile app — see our account deletion page), we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
7. International Data Transfers
Pushy is available globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Restriction or objection: Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

9. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:
- Using the account deletion option in Settings — on the web app at pushy.pl or in the mobile app, or
- Emailing support@pushy.app from the email address associated with your account.

10. Children's Privacy
Pushy is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@pushy.app and we will promptly delete it.
11. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on our backend systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
