Account Deletion

Option 1: Delete in-app (fastest)

You can delete your account directly from the Settings screen:

• Web (pushy.pl): sign in, open Settings, and select Delete account. Confirm when prompted.
• Mobile app (Android / iOS): open the app, go to Settings, and select Delete account. Confirm when prompted.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account — there is no way to undo this from within the app, so make sure you want to proceed.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email support@pushy.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. To help us verify your identity, please mention the platform you used (web, Android, or iOS). We process email deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, email, and authentication identifiers)
• Your workout history, push-up counts, session data, and performance stats
• Your subscription and purchase records stored in our database
• Your saved preferences and settings

Camera video is never stored on our servers in the first place, since all pose/form analysis happens on-device — so there is nothing camera-related to delete server-side.

What may be retained

A few things are kept outside our systems or retained briefly for legal and operational reasons:

• Payment records: Stripe, Google Play, or Apple retain their own transaction and billing records according to their policies and applicable tax/accounting law — we don't control these.
• Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation schedule (typically within 30 days).
• Legal obligations: we may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

Timeline

• In-app deletion: account and associated data are deleted immediately.
• Email requests: completed within 30 days of verifying your request.
• Backups: fully purged within 30 days after deletion.

Important: uninstalling isn't the same as deleting

Uninstalling the Pushy app or clearing your browser data does not delete your account — it only removes data cached on that device. Your account, workout history, and subscription status remain on our servers until you complete one of the deletion options above.

Subscriptions and deletion

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Stripe. Please cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges — see our billing help for instructions per platform.
